Custom Walnut Desk

80+2 years in the making! This incredible Black Walnut is now a gorgeous desk full of rich history. Estimated to be 80+ years old, this historic tree was carefully harvested in central Sioux Falls on July 01, 2020 due to root rot and an insect infestation in the root system. After harvesting, it was seasoned for nearly a year and then milled in May 2021.

After an extensive search for the right slab, RP Constructors fell in love with this slab and commissioned us to build them a table. We couldn't be more proud of how everything turned out!
